We support our members to find clarity, confidence, and strength by connecting with their true selves, and to live fully and deeply by embracing yogic practices that foster happiness, health, and holiness.

We provide practical resources for newcomers to help them establish a daily Kundalini Yoga practice, as well as time-tested tools to deepen and broaden one’s practice, and life practices to free oneself from anxiety, stress, and addiction. Together we make up a community of committed, connected, and welcoming practitioners and teachers who enjoy sharing, serving, and receiving support from others on the journey.

Web Project Manager 

The web project manager is the strategic overseer for the design, development, and execution of a new website for 3HO. This is primarily an advisory role. You will work closely with the project coordinator to create a strategic plan for the project from initial conception to live online delivery, including creating and managing the overall timeline and strategy of the project, and setting goals, milestones, and key target dates.

Events Coordinator

The Events Coordinator is a full time 40 hour per week position on-site in Espanola, New Mexico. Responsibilities include logistics and administrative tasks related to the management and development of all 3HO events including Summer Solstice, Winter Solstice, International Women's Camp, Khalsa Youth Camp and Peace Prayer Day. Just prior to and during events this position will require extended work hours, including evenings and weekends.

Minimum travel and the ability to camp and live at the 3HO event locations for extended periods during event operations is required for the position.

Administrative Assistant 

3HO International is looking for a key player to join an inspired, committed team that has the intention of serving the global Kundalini Yoga community. This position is for the key person providing administrative support to our team, and handling varied event, project and program responsibilities. We need a detail-oriented, committed person who can work with a moderate amount of independence to support the organization and help implement various 3HO programs. This administrative assistant position is key to allowing our team to fulfill our larger goals of serving the 3HO community worldwide.

Open Position: Khalsa Youth Camp Director

The Khalsa Youth Camp (KYC) Director interacts with counselors, campers and families. He/She is responsible for promoting the camp in accordance with the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, and therefore should be knowledgeable in the developmental needs of children and pre-teens according to Yogi Bhajan’s teachings and other like-minded established experts in the field of education and spiritual growth. The Camp Director will closely work with camp administration to ensure the camp is adequately staffed throughout the week. He/She is also responsible for the safety of all campers while in the camp's care. The Camp Director reports directly to the 3HO Camp Administrator.
