Wake-Up Routine

Wake-up gently, cupping the hands over the eyes and then opening the eyes and slowly moving the hands away. Before getting out of bed each morning massage the ovaries for about five minutes and the breasts and the area around the breasts for another five minutes. This provides proper circulation. Then twist from side to side with Cat Stretch and do up to a minute of Stretch Pose to set the Navel Point before getting out of bed.
