It is the fully awakened sensory system absorbing all the myriad of inputs across all the ranges of frequencies and spontaneously processing them into action (or non-action) beyond the mind that makes the self-sensory human. There's nothing to think about. There are no decisions to make. There is just the flow of the awakened sensory system and the harmonious action of the being. This is what is known as "Living in God's will."
Here are the three kriyas Yogi Bhajan recommended that we practice for the Aquarian Age:
Sat Kriya helps to keep the chakras open.
Klrtan Kriya (Sa-Ta-Na-Ma) takes care of the five elements (tattwas) of the body.
Sodarshan Chakra Kriya can totally give you the spiritual experience.
For teaching and practicing all three of these meditations within the Self-Sensory Human framework, Yogi Bhajan indicated that we are to practice these meditations twice a day as described below:
For the first time, practice each meditation for 11 minutes in the morning between the hours of 4:00 am – 8:00 am.
For the second time. practice each meditation for 11 minutes in the evening between the hours of 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
